Raccoon Removals are started by a property inspection to figure out where the raccoons are entering and living.

Squirrel Removal is started by a property inspection to figure out where the squirrels are entering and nesting.

Once the entry point (or points) are determined then traps will be set in the best place for a quick and successful removal. Once all the squirrels are out of the attic or the soffet the repairs, clean up, and sanitizing can be completed.

Skunk Trapping starts with finding the spot the skunk is living in, or finding the path the skunk is taking on your property.

Setting a baited trap and the next time the skunk is on your property will we trap and remove the skunk. Trapping the skunk isn’t the hard part, its removing him safely and relocating it safely.

Rat Proofing & Rat Extermination is started by giving a rat proofing estimate.

We start backwards by figuring out how to keep out future rats from entering the structure. Once a rat proofing estimate is accepted we will trap all the rats. After all the rats are gone we will clean up all the feces and urine. The last step is to sanitize and deodorize.

Bat Removal & Bat Exclusions start with a property inspection.

We will determine the size of the bat colony, the estimated time of removal, and cost of the job in 3 stages. Stage one is the bat cones and netting. Stage two is the clean up and sanitizing. Stage thee is the repairs.

Armadillo Trapping starts with finding the area the armadillo is digging in, and /or finding the path the armadillo is taking on your property.

After setting a baited trap, the next time the armadillo is on your property it will enter the trap and we will remove him.
